DELIVERY

Orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 2 working day following validation on our site, excluding french public holidays.

For deliveries in France metropolitan You can choose between 3 delivery methods :

  • Delivery in pick-up point : 3,5€

  • Standard Colissimo : 6,50€

  • Next day delivery (Chrono 13h) : 15€.

Deliveries in pick-up point are carried out by Mondial Relay. You will be able to choose the pick-up point address at the time of validation of your order.

Deliveries by standard Colissimo is free from 80€ purchase for France metropolitan.

To enjoy the next day delivery (Chrono 13h), you must place your order before 12 p.m. (French time – UTC+1). The package will then be shipped the same day and delivered the next day.

For deliveries for Belgium and Luxembourg you can choose between 2 delivery methods :

  • Delivery in Pick-up point : 5 €

  • At home with Chronopost : 12,50€

Deliveries for other European countries are provided only by Chronopost with the following prices :

  • Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland : 10,50€
  • Germany, Netherlands : 12,50€
  • Austria, Danmark, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Sweden : 17,50€

RETURNS

We undertake to reimburse the product(s) (excluding of delivery costs) that would not suit you if all the following conditions are met:

  • You notify us by email at the following address: contact@pagilblaja.com or via the online form of your desire to withdraw (specifying the order number) within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order.

  • The products are returned in their original condition; they must not have been worn or be damaged.

  • The products are returned in their original packaging, accompanied by a copy of the invoice.

If all these conditions are met, we will proceed to the refund by crediting your bank card or your paypal account within a maximum period of 10 working days following receipt of the package by us.

EXCHANGE

Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange a product. You must first return the not desired item to us and place a new order.
